This led to an amazing "clears eyes, giant teeth, can’t lose" line (Friday Night Lights forever!), along with a newly-confident Brian flirting with Starbucks barista and the birds smiling back at Brian.

It was as if now has a smile fit for a real estate agent. Hey… wait a minute! Brian should be a real estate agent!!!

 

So Brian embarks on this career and has a bit of success at the outset.

In order to really take his new occupation to the next level, though Brian sets about to land a crappy condo for Quagmire, who is found lifting a lot of weight with his penis at the gym.

Largely due to Peter’s own excitement over the property’s projected image, Quagmire caves and buys the new home.

But he quickly realizes that Brian has acted unscrupulously, telling the dog that he was "always a douche, but at least you came by it honestly."

In the end, Brian’s cleverness and strange knack for manipulation gets his face hilariously bashed in… again. This ends his career in real estate and teaches Brian a lesson about messing with Quagmire.
